Marketplace leaders across Huntsville are stepping into a new level of growth, connection, and impact through Vantage Leadership Initiative.

Over the past two months, we’ve seen firsthand how God is working through leaders who are choosing to integrate their faith into the way they lead, serve, and influence others. From powerful leadership events to growing Professional Forums, the momentum continues to build-and the impact is spreading across our city.

Marketplace Leaders Gathering for Growth and Purpose

Our recent leadership events brought marketplace leaders together for meaningful conversations around purpose, identity, and faith in leadership.

These gatherings are more than events-they are entry points into transformation.

As a result of our events:

50 marketplace leaders expressed interest in joining a Professional Forum
11 leaders stepped forward to explore becoming facilitators
7 individuals began a relationship with Christ
13 recommitted their lives to Christ

These are not just numbers. These are lives changed, leaders strengthened, and communities impacted.

Professional Forums Equipping Marketplace Leaders

Professional Forums remain the foundation of how Vantage equips marketplace leaders week after week.

This season, leaders have been walking through the “Dependence on God” workbook, diving deeper into what it means to trust God in real decisions, real challenges, and real leadership moments.

We’ve seen:

New marketplace leaders stepping into forums
Increased engagement and consistency in weekly meetings
Leaders applying biblical principles directly to their work and relationships
Growing interest in new forum launches

Currently:

7 marketplace leaders are ready to join forums
3 leaders are moving into the facilitator pipeline

In response, we are preparing to launch 2–3 new Professional Forums in the coming weeks.

This is how the mission multiplies-through consistent investment in marketplace leaders who are committed to growth.
