July was a month of quiet but significant building. While no single event stole the spotlight, the groundwork laid this month - new employer partnerships, stronger internal systems, and a new way for Kingdom Partners to invest - is exactly the kind of foundation that sustainable, long-term Kingdom impact is built on.
At Vantage Leadership Initiative, we believe growth that lasts isn't just measured in headcount. It's measured in the depth of relationships formed, the health of the systems that support them, and the faithfulness of the partners who make the work possible. This month, we saw all three move forward.
New Doors Opening in the Marketplace
One of the most encouraging developments this month has been growing interest from 3 local employers who want to bring Vantage directly into their workplaces - hosting forums onsite as an Employee Resource Group for their teams.
Each of these conversations represents more than a new forum - it represents an organization inviting Christ-centered leadership formation into the everyday rhythm of their business. This is exactly the kind of marketplace mission field Vantage exists to cultivate.

July brought measurable progress toward our Vision 2029 goals:

Every number on this list represents a leader. Every leader represents influence. Every influence represents Kingdom Building impact.
Following the relaunch and standardization of our Professional Forums model at the beginning of this year, Vantage has grown from 3 active forums in January, to 6 active forums in May, to 11 today and remains on pace toward our goal of 25 by year-end.
We are currently 7 months into year one of our long-term vision is to grow to 100 active forums equipping 600 marketplace leaders by 2029.
As of July, we stand at 11 forums and 64 leaders engaged - real, steady movement toward that goal. We aim for 25 forums by the end of 2026!

It's a great opportunity to step back and really think about how your faith connects with the way you lead in your work and life.
You also get to be around others who are trying to grow in the same way. It's encouraging and gives you a practical perspective you don't always get in the day-to-day.
Growth Opportunities for Marketplace Leaders in 2026
This month we completed a new fundraising framework designed specifically to support the growth of our forums: a three-tier partnership model that allows Kingdom Partners to sponsor workbooks, curriculum development, and ministry infrastructure - with their business represented on our workbooks, website, and social media.
This new structure grew out of a simple reality: as Vantage expands into new workplaces and forums, the tools and resources it takes to equip each leader well need to grow too. Every workbook sponsored, every curriculum funded, and every system strengthened is an investment in a leader who will go on to influence their family, their team, and their community.
