Why Vantage Doesn't Charge for Our Professional Forums
At Vantage Leadership Initiative, our Professional Forums are intentionally subsidized, not because the work lacks value-but because the mission demands access.

Christ-centered leadership formation, spiritual growth, and healthy community are not products we are trying to sell. They are disciplines we are stewarding. When cost becomes the gatekeeper, formation turns into a transaction, and community becomes a commodity.

While many of the leaders we serve could afford to pay something, what individuals could reasonably pay would never cover the true cost of providing this ministry well. Charging what it actually costs would significantly limit participation. Charging what people are typically willing to pay for this kind of care and discipleship would not sustain the work.

So instead, we choose a community-funded model.

Our forums remain free to participants because they are made possible by donors who believe leadership formation is a shared responsibility of the Body of Christ. This approach protects the integrity of the space, removes barriers to access, and allows leaders to show up as participants-not customers.

In Scripture, the community of believers often supported the formation and sending of leaders-not because leaders were poor, but because the mission mattered. We follow that same principle today.

When you support Vantage, you are not funding content alone. You are funding access, formation, and multiplication-investing in leaders who will influence families, workplaces, churches, and communities for years to come.

This is how the community participates together in what God is doing.
